General Terms and Conditions (AGB) for the OnlineTicket Shop, Lange Nacht der Museen

§ 1 Validity of terms and conditions

Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH accepts your orders based on the following General Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions valid at the time of ordering apply. You can download the text on your computer or print it out. Stipulations that deviate from these we will not accept unless they are confirmed by us in writing.

 § 2 Sales contracts

Contracts between Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH and purchasers are sales contracts. The mutual VER result from the following conditions. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies if ZULA. Court of jurisdiction is Berlin. The contract is valid with receipt of your online order. In AN  you will receive an email with the invoice and the print@home event tickets.

Contract partner is Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH.

§ 3 Orders and Prices

Prices include VAT.

Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH stipulates the price for all events and can raise prices or provide early booking discounts. Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH will announce any price increases immediately upon being informed.

 § 4 Delivery

Ordering of event tickets (print-at-home) takes place immediately and tickets are sent to the purchasers by email within a few hours after ordering. If the customer does not receive an order confirmation within three working days, this is perhaps due to a technical error: the customer should then inform Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH immediately.

§ 5 Cancellation Rights

There is no right to cancellation for ticket purchases under Section 312 of German law (BGB). The purchase of event tickets is binding.

It is not possible to cancel or withdraw the purchase of event tickets.

§ 6 Payment

Our invoices are payable in full immediately after orders are concluded. The method of payment is chosen by the purchaser at the time of order.

§ 7 Event Cancellations

Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH reserves the right to cancel events for important reasons, for example force majeure, strike, or illness. In this case, partial payments fill be returned. Participants have no right to claims for damages.  

 § 8 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
