We’re celebrating twenty years of the Long Night! We’ll be cutting the birthday cake and clinking glasses at 6 pm outside Schinkel’s Altes Museum – the first art collection in Berlin to be opened to all citizens. There’ll be music from Il Civetto to get us in the mood, and street food by Neue Heimat will be available to fortify you for the Long Night. All delicious, and all made in Berlin! Our red info boxes in the Lustgarten will be open from 12 pm with tickets, programme brochures and route plans for the Long Night.
The shuttle buses on route 1 will take you to the Kulturforum. The many museums on the Museum Island are within walking distance, and you can also walk over to the nearby Nikolaiviertel, where you can visit the Museum Ephraim-Palais and much more.
